THIS IS A KEYBOARD DRIVEN PROGRAM

This will initially feel clumsy and you will keep reaching for your mouse. However, if you persist you will find that the program keystrokes become quite intuitive and the nutritional analysis is extreme.

WINDOWS XP, Vista and Windows 7 on 32 bit platforms

This will probably work on earlier versions of Windows.
